Legal # Terms of service Updated September 30, 2026 These terms describe the Nomad Business Concierge service, the responsibilities involved and the payment arrangements for the package you select. Read them together with the [service description](/en/services), [Privacy notice](/en/privacy) and [Cancellation and refunds policy](/en/cancellations-refunds). ## 1. The service provider Nomad Business Concierge is operated by Leonardo Schwartz. Who the service is designed for The advertised packages are for nonresident founders and freelancers living outside the United States, with a single-owner LLC treated as a disregarded entity. They are not offered to US citizens, multiple-owner businesses or companies choosing corporate tax treatment. You must have authority to purchase and give instructions for the business. Your actual ownership, residence, activity and intended providers must fit the service. Formation and the availability of financial services involve separate assessments. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether your circumstances fit. Payment does not change the scope of the package or guarantee third-party approval. If the purchased service cannot be delivered, the exception in our cancellation and refunds policy applies. ## 3. What your package includes - LLC formation: USD $350 as a one-time payment. The advertised formation price includes state formation fees and registered-agent service. - LLC, EIN and banking guidance: USD $799 as a one-time payment. This includes formation, an EIN and personal guidance with the business-banking application process. - Full Concierge Service: USD $1,999 per year, renewing automatically each year. It includes the previous package plus a US business address, a US phone number, help handling Mercury and Stripe applications using the information and verification you provide, annual LLC reporting care, and the optional business website described below. The listed package price includes the services and setup costs described for that package, including state formation fees. There are no separate setup charges for those included services. Charges from a bank or payment processor for your own account or transactions are outside our package price. The service is personal and coordinated. You choose the level of support rather than assemble a menu of state-selection and filing products. Work outside your purchased package requires a separate agreement; the package does not include every possible legal, accounting, personal-tax or home-country service. Included services are limited to the scope described for the selected package. Annual reporting care concerns the LLC service; it is not a promise to handle every personal or foreign obligation. Questions about a particular reporting period, a separate renewal or an additional provider charge should be resolved with us before you rely on that item being included. ## 4. Your information and instructions Provide accurate, complete and timely information and promptly tell us about changes that affect the work, such as ownership, contact details, residence or business activity. Review documents and information presented to you before approving them. You remain responsible for the business decisions and information you authorize. Do not send account passwords or payment-card security codes through the contact form. Any additional documents needed for your service should be supplied through the agreed collection method. ## 5. Third-party decisions and timing Government agencies, banks, payment processors and other providers make their own decisions and may request further information. An LLC, an EIN, an address, a phone number or a website does not guarantee account approval, continuing account access or a particular tax result. Handling an application does not give us control over those decisions. We do not promise a universal completion date; the work depends on the information needed and the relevant third parties. Separate bank and payment-processor account or transaction charges, conditions and policies may apply. ## 6. Payment and automatic annual renewal Payments are handled through Whop. Review the total and billing period displayed before paying. The USD $350 and USD $799 packages are one-time purchases. The full-service package is charged at USD $1,999 for each annual billing period and renews automatically until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy. To stop a future annual charge, email [leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com](mailto:leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com) before the renewal date shown for your subscription and identify your purchase. We accept clear renewal-cancellation requests without requiring a reason or a telephone call. See the cancellation policy for the distinction between ending renewal and requesting a refund. Any proposed price change for a future period must be communicated before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel renewal. Our service terms and Whop's [Buyer Terms](https://whop.com/buyer-terms/) cover different parts of your purchase. Neither this page nor our voluntary refund policy removes rights you have under mandatory law or applicable payment-network rules. ## 7. The optional business website The annual package may include one premium, modern, scrolling business website with professionally designed sections. It is intended to explain your real business to customers and service providers. Professional hosting through a global content delivery network, one available standard-registration .com domain and its renewal, and minor maintenance are included while the annual service is active. Premium or already-owned domains require a separate agreement. Complete redesigns and additional pages are additional work and require a separately agreed scope. You must have permission to use the text, images, brand assets and other material you supply. The website must accurately describe your business; it is not evidence of activities or operations that do not exist. Rights in third-party assets, additional functionality and any transfer of the website are not expanded by these terms. Any additional work or handover arrangements must be agreed expressly. Your own business content remains subject to the rights you already hold in it. ## 8. Ending or changing the service The [Cancellation and refunds policy](/en/cancellations-refunds) explains how to request cancellation and how your selected policy applies. Cancelling our service does not itself dissolve your LLC, cancel a government requirement or close an independent bank or payment account. If you cancel renewal, the cancellation stops the next annual billing period; it does not by itself request an immediate stop to already paid service. Tell us if you also want work to stop. Arrange continuity for any address, telephone or hosting service you still need, and retain the documents required to manage your company. ## 9. Information on this website Our guides provide general business information. They do not determine your individual legal or tax position. The concierge services you purchase are defined by your package and any written scope agreed with us. No professional credential, government affiliation or bank/payment-provider partnership is implied by a provider being mentioned on this site. ## 10. Questions, changes and applicable rights Contact us at [leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com](mailto:leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com) about a problem with the service, identifying the relevant purchase and the issue. This contact route does not restrict any complaint, refund, withdrawal or dispute right provided by applicable law. Changes to published terms do not retroactively remove rights attached to a purchase already made. Any change to an existing service agreement must be handled consistently with that agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
