This notice explains how information is handled when you browse Nomad Business Concierge, contact us or purchase a service. It also explains how to contact us about your information.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Nomad Business Concierge is operated by Leonardo Schwartz. In this notice, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that operator.
For privacy questions or requests, email leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com. Please describe your request without sending account passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
2. Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Your selected language is included so we can respond appropriately. Messages are delivered to our business contact inbox. The form does not accept file attachments.
If you buy a service, payment and billing details are entered in Whop's checkout. We may receive the contact, purchase and payment-status information needed to identify your order and provide support. Our website's contact form and checkout code do not receive your complete card number or security code.
For a purchased service, we may also need company details, ownership and contact information, identification evidence and business records relevant to the agreed work. We request information appropriate to that work and explain how to provide it. Do not send sensitive documents through a general inquiry unless we have specifically requested them through an agreed method.
3. Technical information and website security
Requests to a website can include connection and technical information such as an IP address, requested page and browser information. Cloudflare supports website infrastructure and contact-message delivery. The contact endpoint uses connection information to limit repeated requests and protect against abuse.
Our own website code does not install advertising pixels or audience-analytics tools. Whop's payment interface is a separate third-party service. See our Cookies notice for the distinction.
4. Why information is used
We use inquiry information to answer your questions and discuss the services you request. Order and service information support payment administration, customer communication and delivery of your purchased service. Technical information supports reliable operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the service contract; meeting applicable legal obligations; and legitimate interests in answering relevant inquiries, administering the business and protecting the service, taking account of your rights. If a particular activity requires consent, we seek it separately. You may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Submitting a service inquiry does not, by itself, sign you up for a newsletter or advertising mailing list.
5. Who receives information
Cloudflare processes contact-message delivery and relevant infrastructure information. Our email service receives the messages delivered to our inbox. Whop and its payment-service providers process checkout information under their own applicable terms and notices.
For work you request, relevant information may be shared with the authorities receiving a company submission and providers involved in formation, registered-agent service, an address, telephone or website. If you ask us to help with a financial-provider application, information needed for that application may be shared with the provider. These recipients are limited by the service involved; this does not authorize unrelated marketing disclosures. We do not sell your personal information or use your service documents for advertising.
Read Cloudflare's privacy policy and Whop's privacy policy for their practices. Those policies describe their services; they do not replace our responsibility for information we handle.
Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal request. We do not use this notice to obtain permission for unrelated uses of your information.
6. International handling
Our service is intended for founders living abroad, and service providers may operate in more than one country. Where information is accessed or processed, and which protections apply, depends on the actual recipient and activity.
Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where you, we or the relevant providers operate. Where applicable law requires protections for an international transfer, the transfer must use an appropriate lawful mechanism, such as a recognized adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. You can contact us for information about the recipients and protections relevant to your service. This notice does not ask you to waive data-protection rights because you live abroad.
7. How long information is kept
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it is held. The criteria are whether an inquiry remains active, whether the service is ongoing, whether information is needed to document work or resolve a dispute, and whether an applicable legal or accounting obligation requires retention. Different types of records can therefore have different retention periods. Once information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it; deletion may be restricted while a relevant legal obligation or claim remains.
Whop and other providers may have their own responsibilities to retain information they control. Closing a subscription or asking us to delete information does not automatically delete records held independently by those providers.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us about information we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address an unresolved claim.
Right to object: where applicable law allows you to object to processing based on legitimate interests, you can raise that objection using the privacy email above. Explain which processing concerns you so we can assess the request.
We may need proportionate information to verify that a request relates to you. You can also complain to the relevant data-protection authority where you have that right. If European or UK data-protection law applies, you can contact the supervisory authority in your country or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The contact fields are needed to receive and answer an inquiry. You can browse our public information without completing the form. If information needed for a requested service is not provided, we may be unable to perform the relevant part of that service.
9. Changes and contact
This notice will reflect the practices described here. Material changes to those practices will be explained as required by applicable law. For questions, email leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com or use our contact page.
